A multi-stakeholder Consultative Committee oversees Young Workers Advisory Service and is auspiced by the Queensland Working Women’s Service Inc Management Committee which is also comprised of representatives from a f broad group of stakeholders. Members of the Steering Committee are invited as interested parties involved with youth issues, employment, industrial relations and education.
Bi-monthly meeting with the YWAS Consultative committee have provided invaluable contributions to the operations of the YWAS. Providing guidance from a number of perspectives including government, community, youth and employment sectors.
