Women in Hard Hats - Website

As part of the Office for Women's Women in Hard Hats initiative a 4-minute DVD presentation has been
developed which aims to promote the mining and construction industry and
highlight the advantages of working in this sector. The primary target
group are young women (i.e. female high school students) considering
their career options.

OFW would like to conduct a focus group session with young women in the
target age group; this would incorporate group discussion, a written
survey (and food of some description!)
