Young Workers Advisory Service (YWAS) is a state-wide safety-net government funded community organisation that provides information, advocacy, referrals and advice to young workers (under 25) in Queensland about employment/industrial relations concerns.

YWAS provides the following services for young Queensand workers: |

Advise you on your work conditions
|
|
|
|
Help you respond to a warning letter, a grievance or dismissal
|
|
|
|
Provide advice on your employment contract
|
|
|
|
Assist you with sexual harassment or discrimination claims
|
|
|
|
Provide advice on workplace bullying
|
|
|
|
Represent you at the Australian or Queensland Industrial Relations Commission
|
|
|
|
Represent you at the Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland
|
|
|
|
